Well, finally got the doctor to call in not just the vicodan, but a prescription for naproxin for me too (I can't take Ibuprofen, because I hallucinate on it), and I have to make an appointment next week to see my doctor - or a doctor - to get my knee checked out. argus7hills is picking them up for me, along with a knee brace, and my parents are supposedly coming over tomorrow with crutches and dinner.

I'm upstairs today - argus7hills brought up my computer and the seltzer and some pizza before he went off to work, and this is MUCH better. The tv is off - I have the radio going right now, but I think that might go away soon too and I'll put on my Seasons mix and work on that a bit more.

Got 503 words done on the outline yesterday (the pain kept me from writing) and another assignment done in 2yN, but I'm hoping to do more today.

Two of the chapter for Elements of Fantasy: Magic have been edited and sent to my co-editor tonight. And I must say, I love working with professional authors who know their stuff. It's so easy to edit them - and so much fun reading their work.

Now on to writing. On tap tonight: The Birka Chronicles and Dark Moon Seasons. And I have to check out the FM boards for 2yn.

Which Novel Idea Should Val Do for 2YN?

Well, got through Assignment #5 in the 2YN book (which I highly recommend - go and buy it on www.hollylisle.com) for Darkness, and about 350 words done on Seasons. Bleah. It's too hot to concentrate.

And I think I'm sick. Bleah.
